ON SITE SERVICES:

Qual Tech Labs offers a convenient service where we calibrate your Gages at your facility, saving you time and money. All your equipment is cleaned and calibrated using the same procedures as we use in our labs.
Here is a sample list of the Gages that we calibrate on-site:

*Surface plates are cleaned, measured and lapped to the grade you specify as part of our service.

We also replace batteries as needed.

Recall reports are sent to you a month ahead of your calibration due date along with a scheduled date. You never need to call us to schedule your calibration, let us do the work for you!

VALUE ADDED SERVICES:

Qual Tech Labs is always adding services that our customers need. We want to be your one source for all your calibration needs.

Recall Reports:
We will always notify you of gages that are coming due for calibration. We will help you with your asset management system by issuing you timely reports sorted by gage types, due dates, serial numbers or departments.

Repair Service:
We offer repair services for hand tools. Your tools are completely refurbished for the fraction of the cost to replace them.

Expedite Service:
We realize that sometimes you need to have your gages calibrated in a hurry. Call ahead to make arrangements and we can turn your gages around very quickly as needed.

Pick-Up and Delivery Service:
We offer this service to customers within a 75 mile radius for a small charge. This will prevent the possibility of damage that can occur when using a regular carrier.

Replacement Services:
We can replace out of tolerance gages for you upon request. This is especially important for gage block sets and pin sets where just one piece needs to be replaced.

Turnaround Time:
Our standard turn around time is 5 working days after receipt of your gages

Subcontract and Referral Service:
If you have a piece of equipment that is beyond our capability we can subcontract it to one of our audited approved vendors. We can also refer you to labs that have the same standards of quality that we maintain.
